Returns Policy

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
        •    Returns are for Store Credit or Merchandise Exchange only.
        •    We ask that you please be mindful of the condition of your return.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or undamaged, with tags still intact.  
        •    Items considered as "Final Sale" are those that are permanently reduced on  the website and/or items purchased during site-wide promotions. Promo codes received for email & text subscriptions are excluded.
        •    All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
        •    We do not price adjust.
        •    Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled (*excluding pre-ordered items, see note below). An order can be cancelled before it has shipped, however there will still be a $10 cancellation & processing fee. 
  •  Jewelry can not be returned
  • No refunds will be made for Mahjong lessons booked.
